I have been with the Clinton School District in the role of principal since 2015.  I began in Clinton in 2008 serving as the Band Director for 5 years before moving to Alternative Education Director for two years.

Before Clinton, I worked as a band director for 11 years in Arkansas including Hoxie, Batesville, Pulaski Academy, and Jacksonville.  

I have been married to my wife, Marcy Wells, since 1999.  Marcy is a band director in Greenbrier.  We have two children, Taryn and Tyson.  

In my free time, I still stay involved with music by writing halftime shows for several bands around the state of Arkansas.  And like most parents, I spend most of my time following my children around to piano lessons, choir and band concerts, and peewee sports and wouldn’t trade it for the world.
