📚✨ Celebrating Clinton Junior High! ✨📚

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Arkansas’s October 1 immunization deadline is quickly approaching. If your child is due for any required immunizations, the school nurse must receive appropriate documentation by October 1 for your child to continue attending school. Letters were sent out yesterday to parents whose children are missing required immunizations.

Acceptable documentation includes:

An updated immunization record showing the required vaccine was received;

Documentation that the student is appropriately in process of completing the required series; or

A current Arkansas Department of Health exemption letter for the 2026–2027 school year.

Under Arkansas Code Annotated § 6-18-702, students attending Arkansas public or private schools must be appropriately immunized or have an approved exemption. Students who remain noncompliant after the deadline will not be permitted to attend school beginning October 2 until the required documentation is provided.

Please send all documentation to your child’s school nurse as soon as possible.

📣 PARENTS & STUDENTS — WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Just a friendly reminder to please do not park in the Arena parking lot beside the lower entrance near the Lady Jacket locker room before or after school.

This area is used by the Clinton Band for practice, and keeping it clear helps provide our students with a safe space to rehearse.

Thank you for helping us keep this area open for our band! 🖤💛
